PropSim uses the following third-party services to operate. Each processes data strictly within the scope described below, under GDPR-compliant data processing agreements:

No other third parties receive your personal data.
Account data (email, user ID, Stripe customer ID) is stored in Supabase (hosted infrastructure, EU-compliant). Data is retained for the duration of your account's existence.
Upon account deletion or upon written request, all personal data is permanently deleted within 30 days, with the exception of:
PropSim does not use advertising cookies, third-party tracking pixels, or analytics platforms that profile users across websites.
The application uses only essential cookies required for authentication and session management (Supabase auth tokens). These are strictly necessary for the service to function and do not require consent under EU Directive 2002/58/EC (Art. 5(3)).
